A resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, publicada nesta quinta-feira (25) no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o, tamb\u00e9m pro\u00edbe a venda, a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o, a fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o, a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o e o uso do produto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em nota, a Anvisa informou que a medida foi adotada porque o suplemento tem origem e composi\u00e7\u00e3o indeterminadas, al\u00e9m de apresentar propagandas com alega\u00e7\u00f5es terap\u00eauticas indevidas para alimentos, como combater inflama\u00e7\u00f5es, fortalecer articula\u00e7\u00f5es, aliviar desconfortos e melhorar a mobilidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Recolhimento volunt\u00e1rio<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outra resolu\u00e7\u00e3o da ag\u00eancia determinou a suspens\u00e3o da comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o, da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o, da divulga\u00e7\u00e3o e do consumo dos lotes 0061.02.2026, 0367.11.2025 e 0012.01.2026 do suplemento alimentar de creatina em gomas mastig\u00e1veis sabor uva verde, da empresa Idn Labs Ind\u00fastria Farmac\u00eautica &amp; Food Supplements Ltda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segundo a Anvisa, a pr\u00f3pria empresa comunicou o recolhimento ap\u00f3s identificar teor de creatina fora dos limites estabelecidos. \u201cAl\u00e9m disso, os produtos apresentavam irregularidades de rotulagem, com uso de alega\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o autorizadas, diverg\u00eancias quanto ao fabricante e outras inconformidades que comprometem a seguran\u00e7a e a conformidade regulat\u00f3ria do produto.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Medidas est\u00e3o publicadas no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o Ag\u00eancia Brasil A Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria (Anvisa) determinou a apreens\u00e3o do suplemento alimentar em c\u00e1psulas da marca Artro100, produzido por empresa desconhecida.
