Por meio da Portaria Normativa publicada nesta sexta-feira (26) no Di\u00e1rio Oficial do Estado, foi institu\u00eddo o N\u00facleo de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es A\u00e9reas (NOA), unidade diretamente vinculada ao Gabinete do Delegado-Geral da institui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O NOA nasce com a miss\u00e3o de ampliar e qualificar o emprego da estrutura a\u00e9rea da Pol\u00edcia Civil em todo o territ\u00f3rio sul-mato-grossense, respondendo \u00e0 crescente complexidade do crime organizado com mais agilidade, integra\u00e7\u00e3o e comando centralizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;A Pol\u00edcia Civil est\u00e1 comprometida no enfrentamento permanente do crime organizado, utilizando toda nossa estrutura de pessoal e equipamentos para garantir um combate efetivo ao crime e manter nosso Estado como um dos mais seguros do pa\u00eds, com excelentes \u00edndices e indicadores de seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica&#8221;, afirmou o delegado-geral, Lupersio Degerone, destacando que a cria\u00e7\u00e3o do NOA refor\u00e7a o posicionamento da Pol\u00edcia Civil no enfrentamento ao crime organizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O novo n\u00facleo funcionar\u00e1 como unidade de assessoramento direto, planejamento t\u00e1tico e controle operacional, com a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de auxiliar diretamente no planejamento e prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o de miss\u00f5es aeropoliciais, no recebimento, regula\u00e7\u00e3o e autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de voos operacionais, de transporte t\u00e1tico e de apoio institucional, al\u00e9m de monitorar a\u00e7\u00f5es de policiamento aeroterrestre em apoio a todos os departamentos da Pol\u00edcia Civil, e identificar cen\u00e1rios e demandas em que o emprego de aeronaves seja necess\u00e1rio para o \u00eaxito de opera\u00e7\u00f5es de combate ao crime organizado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A portaria tamb\u00e9m estabelece que, em situa\u00e7\u00f5es de urg\u00eancia ou relevante interesse p\u00fablico, o acionamento das tripula\u00e7\u00f5es e da estrutura a\u00e9rea poder\u00e1 ser feito diretamente pelo Delegado-Geral, sem necessidade de cadeia escalar intermedi\u00e1ria \u2014 garantindo velocidade de resposta nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es mais sens\u00edveis.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o PCMS A Pol\u00edcia Civil de Mato Grosso do Sul d\u00e1 mais um importante passo no fortalecimento de sua capacidade operacional.
