{"id":11448,"date":"2026-07-07T13:38:54","date_gmt":"2026-07-07T17:38:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/progresso.com.br\/?p=11448"},"modified":"2026-07-07T13:38:55","modified_gmt":"2026-07-07T17:38:55","slug":"moraes-da-10-dias-para-pf-ouvir-flavio-em-caso-de-calunia-contra-lula","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/progresso.com.br\/index.php\/2026\/07\/07\/moraes-da-10-dias-para-pf-ouvir-flavio-em-caso-de-calunia-contra-lula\/","title":{"rendered":"Moraes d\u00e1 10 dias para PF ouvir Fl\u00e1vio em caso de cal\u00fania contra Lula\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Ministro seguiu parecer do procurador-geral da Rep\u00fablica, Paulo Gonet<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Felipe Pontes &#8211;  Ag\u00eancia Brasil<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>O ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), mandou nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (7) a Pol\u00edcia Federal (PF) colher o depoimento do senador Fl\u00e1vio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ), no caso em que ele \u00e9 investigado por cal\u00fania contra o presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva.<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1696079&amp;o=node\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1696079&amp;o=node\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pela decis\u00e3o,&nbsp;<strong>o senador tem dez dias de prazo para prestar o depoimento<\/strong>.<strong>&nbsp;O ministro seguiu parecer do procurador-geral da Rep\u00fablica, Paulo Gonet, que&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/justica\/noticia\/2026-07\/pgr-pede-que-flavio-bolsonaro-seja-ouvido-por-calunia-contra-lula\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">considerou o procedimento de \u201cespecial relev\u00e2ncia\u201d<\/a>&nbsp;para esclarecer o caso.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No m\u00eas passado, a PF afirmou, em relat\u00f3rio enviado ao Supremo, haver \u201cind\u00edcios concretos\u201d de que Fl\u00e1vio praticou cal\u00fania contra Lula em decorr\u00eancia de postagens feitas na rede social X em 3 de janeiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nas publica\u00e7\u00f5es, o senador atribuiu ao presidente crimes como tr\u00e1fico de drogas, apoio a terroristas, fraude eleitoral e lavagem de dinheiro.
