A iniciativa re\u00fane duas ou tr\u00eas equipes cir\u00fargicas atuando simultaneamente, permitindo a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00e1rias cirurgias em um mesmo per\u00edodo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A histeroscopia \u00e9 um procedimento utilizado para diagnosticar e tratar altera\u00e7\u00f5es dentro do \u00fatero, principalmente p\u00f3lipos e miomas, que costumam ser identificados inicialmente por meio de exames de ultrassom. O m\u00e9todo tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 indicado para investigar e tratar casos de sangramento uterino anormal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acordo com a m\u00e9dica ginecologista Vanessa Chaves, respons\u00e1vel pelo mutir\u00e3o, sangramento intenso durante o per\u00edodo menstrual pode estar associado a essas altera\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNa histeroscopia, conseguimos avaliar diretamente a cavidade uterina e tratar algumas dessas altera\u00e7\u00f5es no mesmo procedimento. Em muitos casos, identificamos p\u00f3lipos ou miomas, que s\u00e3o forma\u00e7\u00f5es benignas, mas que podem causar sintomas importantes e, em determinadas situa\u00e7\u00f5es, at\u00e9 evoluir para patologias malignas se n\u00e3o forem acompanhadas adequadamente\u201d, explica a m\u00e9dica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saude.ms.gov.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/hrms2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.saude.ms.gov.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/hrms2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-45643\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segundo ela, as pacientes atendidas no mutir\u00e3o foram encaminhadas de diferentes munic\u00edpios de Mato Grosso do Sul por meio da Central de Regula\u00e7\u00e3o. Ap\u00f3s a chegada ao HRMS, elas passaram por uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o inicial no ambulat\u00f3rio de ginecologia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNo ambulat\u00f3rio, fazemos a triagem, confirmamos o diagn\u00f3stico e realizamos todo o preparo pr\u00e9-operat\u00f3rio. A partir da\u00ed, a paciente entra na fila cir\u00fargica para realizar o procedimento eletivo\u201d, detalha Vanessa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para a diretora t\u00e9cnica do hospital, Patr\u00edcia Rubini, a a\u00e7\u00e3o demonstra o compromisso da institui\u00e7\u00e3o com a sa\u00fade feminina, especialmente em um per\u00edodo simb\u00f3lico como o m\u00eas de mar\u00e7o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEste mutir\u00e3o representa mais uma iniciativa do hospital para ampliar o acesso das mulheres a diagn\u00f3sticos e tratamentos especializados.
