A decis\u00e3o foi publicada na&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.in.gov.br\/web\/dou\/-\/resolucao-re-n-3.055-de-4-de-agosto-de-2026-723789357\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 3.055\/2026<\/a>, no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1698946&amp;o=node\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1698946&amp;o=node\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A&nbsp;ag\u00eancia&nbsp;proibiu a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o,&nbsp;distribui\u00e7\u00e3o, fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o, importa\u00e7\u00e3o, propaganda e uso de&nbsp;todos os lotes dos&nbsp;produtos&nbsp;Ozempic Natural,&nbsp;Slim&nbsp;Turbo Premium e&nbsp;Slim&nbsp;CPS Dourado Gold<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acordo com a decis\u00e3o,&nbsp;os&nbsp;produtos&nbsp;eram&nbsp;comercializados&nbsp;sem registro, e as&nbsp;empresas&nbsp;fabricantes n\u00e3o t\u00eam&nbsp;cadastro na&nbsp;ag\u00eancia.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Testosterona<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na mesma resolu\u00e7\u00e3o,&nbsp;<strong>a ag\u00eancia&nbsp;reguladora tamb\u00e9m alerta para um&nbsp;lote falsificado do medicamento&nbsp;Nebido,&nbsp;que cont\u00e9m testosterona<\/strong>, horm\u00f4nio masculino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O produto&nbsp;\u2500&nbsp;indicado para casos espec\u00edficos \u2500&nbsp;costuma ser utilizado,&nbsp;mesmo sem indica\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dica, para ganho acelerado de massa muscular. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O lote apontado como falsificado, segundo alerta da pr\u00f3pria fabricante do medicamento, \u00e9 o KT0S5T4.
