Em Mato Grosso do Sul, esse trabalho \u00e9 realizado pela Pol\u00edcia Cient\u00edfica, que atua desde o local do crime at\u00e9 exames m\u00e9dico-legais e an\u00e1lises laboratoriais, com atendimento nos 79 munic\u00edpios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em casos de feminic\u00eddio, agress\u00f5es e viol\u00eancia sexual, a atua\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7a na cena, com a coleta de elementos que seguem para an\u00e1lise. Nos exames de corpo de delito, les\u00f5es e vest\u00edgios s\u00e3o registrados; j\u00e1 nos casos de morte violenta, exames necrosc\u00f3picos ajudam a determinar causas e circunst\u00e2ncias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parte desse atendimento \u00e9 integrada \u00e0 rede de prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 mulher. Em Campo Grande, a unidade do IMOL na Casa da Mulher Brasileira permite que o exame seja feito no mesmo local de acolhimento, evitando deslocamentos. O n\u00famero de atendimentos cresceu nos \u00faltimos anos, acompanhando a consolida\u00e7\u00e3o desse modelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em Dourados, o Projeto Acalento, em parceria com a UFGD, tamb\u00e9m re\u00fane atendimento de sa\u00fade e exames periciais no mesmo fluxo. A integra\u00e7\u00e3o reduz barreiras, preserva vest\u00edgios e melhora o cuidado \u00e0s v\u00edtimas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre as iniciativas, est\u00e3o as salas lil\u00e1s, voltadas ao atendimento reservado e humanizado. A estrutura j\u00e1 funciona em Amambai e est\u00e1 em implanta\u00e7\u00e3o em Bataguassu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
