Terceirizados que prestam servi\u00e7o \u00e0 administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica<\/a> t\u00eam direito, a partir desta ter\u00e7a-feira (14), ao benef\u00edcio do reembolso-creche e \u00e0 redu\u00e7\u00e3o da jornada de trabalho de 44 horas para 40 horas semanais. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

O Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o<\/a><\/em> traz publicadas hoje as instru\u00e7\u00f5es normativas que preveem os benef\u00edcios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As normas tratam dos trabalhadores que cumprem regime de dedica\u00e7\u00e3o exclusiva e beneficiam mais de 40 mil terceirizados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reembolso-creche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

De acordo com o Minist\u00e9rio de Gest\u00e3o e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a>, mais de 14 mil crian\u00e7as menores de seis anos ser\u00e3o contempladas pela Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa n\u00b0 147\/2026<\/a><\/strong> e receber\u00e3o o benef\u00edcio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

O valor repassado ser\u00e1 exatamente igual aos pagos aos servidores p\u00fablicos federais: R$ 526,64  por dependente, por m\u00eas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Redu\u00e7\u00e3o de jornada<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa n\u00b0 148\/2026 prev\u00ea a diminui\u00e7\u00e3o das atuais 44 horas para 40 horas semanais, sem altera\u00e7\u00e3o de sal\u00e1rio.<\/strong> A medida deve alcan\u00e7ar at\u00e9 60 mil pessoas, de acordo com o MGI. Veja aqui a lista das atividades contempladas<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A decis\u00e3o d\u00e1 continuidade \u00e0 a\u00e7\u00e3o iniciada em 2024, que j\u00e1 beneficiou 12 categorias de trabalhadores em outras duas fases, quando cerca de 20 mil pessoas foram beneficiadas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A redu\u00e7\u00e3o passa a abranger agora todos os demais postos que se enquadram nesse tipo de contrato. Ficam de fora apenas os trabalhadores que cumprem regime de escala de revezamento 12 por 36 horas ou 24 por 72 horas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
