A norma garante acesso \u00e0 informa\u00e7\u00e3o clara, autonomia nas decis\u00f5es e reconhece o acompanhante como aliado no atendimento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A legisla\u00e7\u00e3o coloca o paciente no centro do cuidado, assegurando o direito de entender diagn\u00f3sticos, riscos e tratamentos, al\u00e9m de permitir a recusa terap\u00eautica de forma consciente.
