{"id":4147,"date":"2026-04-17T14:45:00","date_gmt":"2026-04-17T18:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/progresso.com.br\/?p=4147"},"modified":"2026-04-17T14:43:47","modified_gmt":"2026-04-17T18:43:47","slug":"moraes-vota-para-condenar-eduardo-bolsonaro-por-difamacao","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/progresso.com.br\/index.php\/2026\/04\/17\/moraes-vota-para-condenar-eduardo-bolsonaro-por-difamacao\/","title":{"rendered":"Moraes vota para condenar Eduardo Bolsonaro por difama\u00e7\u00e3o"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Ex-deputado pode pegar um ano de pris\u00e3o por ataque a T\u00e1bata Amaral<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Andr\u00e9 Richter &#8211;  Ag\u00eancia Brasil<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), votou nesta sexta-feira (17) para condenar o ex-deputado federal Eduardo Bolsonaro (PL-SP) por difama\u00e7\u00e3o contra a deputada T\u00e1bata Amaral (PSB-SP).<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1686496&amp;o=node\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1686496&amp;o=node\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Moraes \u00e9 o relator da a\u00e7\u00e3o penal que est\u00e1 em julgamento e entendeu que o filho do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro deve ser condenado a um ano de pris\u00e3o em regime aberto.<\/strong>&nbsp;O caso \u00e9 julgado pelo plen\u00e1rio virtual do Supremo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O processo foi movido contra Eduardo Bolsonaro ap\u00f3s uma postagem nas redes sociais.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Em 2021, ele escreveu que o projeto de lei proposto pela parlamentar para garantir a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o gratuita de absorventes \u00edntimos para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o teria o objetivo de atender interesses empresariais de \u201cseu mentor-patrocinador Jorge Paulo Lemann\u201d<\/strong>, acionista de uma companhia que fabrica produtos de higiene pessoal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ao votar pela condena\u00e7\u00e3o, Moraes entendeu que ficou configurada a difama\u00e7\u00e3o contra a deputada.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cA divulga\u00e7\u00e3o realizada pelo r\u00e9u revela o meio de ardil por ele empregado, cujo objetivo foi t\u00e3o somente atingir a honra da autora, tanto na esfera p\u00fablica, na condi\u00e7\u00e3o de agente pol\u00edtica, como em sua vida privada, uma vez que o alcance proporcionado pela Internet, como \u00e9 sabido, \u00e9 gigantesco e tem enorme poder de prolifera\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, afirmou.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>A vota\u00e7\u00e3o eletr\u00f4nica ficar\u00e1 aberta at\u00e9 o dia 28 de abril.
