Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o SES<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em pouco mais de dois meses e meio de atua\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o Visa-Protege j\u00e1 resultou na apreens\u00e3o de quase uma tonelada de ampolas e canetas emagrecedoras irregulares no Centro de Distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e Triagem dos Correios, na Capital. A a\u00e7\u00e3o teve in\u00edcio em fevereiro e ocorre todos os dias da semana, com fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o permanente realizada pela Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria Estadual em parceria com a Anvisa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A carga apreendida \u00e9 avaliada em mais de R$ 10 milh\u00f5es, considerando os pre\u00e7os praticados ao consumidor final. A maior parte das remessas tinha como destino estados da regi\u00e3o Nordeste, o que evidencia a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da malha log\u00edstica para distribui\u00e7\u00e3o em larga escala de produtos sem regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o sanit\u00e1ria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Segundo o fiscal da Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria Estadual, Matheus Moreira Pirolo, o diferencial da opera\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 na continuidade das a\u00e7\u00f5es. \u201cA fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o permanente permite n\u00e3o apenas retirar esses produtos de circula\u00e7\u00e3o, mas tamb\u00e9m identificar padr\u00f5es de envio e avan\u00e7ar na responsabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos envolvidos. \u00c9 uma atua\u00e7\u00e3o baseada em rotina, intelig\u00eancia e integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre as institui\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d, afirma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Produtos eram ocultados em encomendas e at\u00e9 em alimentos para burlar fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A atua\u00e7\u00e3o da for\u00e7a-tarefa tamb\u00e9m revelou estrat\u00e9gias utilizadas para tentar driblar o controle sanit\u00e1rio. Parte das ampolas e canetas emagrecedoras era enviada escondida em meio a outros produtos, inclusive alimentos, al\u00e9m de acondicionadas de forma inadequada, sem controle de temperatura e sem qualquer garantia de proced\u00eancia. As irregularidades incluem aus\u00eancia de registro na Anvisa, rotulagem inconsistente e ind\u00edcios de subst\u00e2ncias sem comprova\u00e7\u00e3o de seguran\u00e7a, o que amplia os riscos \u00e0 sa\u00fade de quem consome esses itens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Todo o material apreendido est\u00e1 sob cust\u00f3dia da SES (Secretaria de Estado de Sa\u00fade), armazenado em local seguro, e ser\u00e1 incinerado nas pr\u00f3ximas semanas em ambiente adequado, conforme os protocolos sanit\u00e1rios. Paralelamente, as informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre remetentes e destinat\u00e1rios est\u00e3o sendo encaminhadas \u00e0s autoridades policiais para subsidiar o aprofundamento de investiga\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As apura\u00e7\u00f5es envolvem poss\u00edveis crimes contra a sa\u00fade p\u00fablica, rela\u00e7\u00f5es de consumo, o er\u00e1rio e o exerc\u00edcio irregular de profiss\u00f5es, diante de ind\u00edcios de atua\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua de grupos organizados na distribui\u00e7\u00e3o desses produtos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A opera\u00e7\u00e3o Visa-Protege integra um conjunto de medidas do Governo do Estado voltadas ao fortalecimento da vigil\u00e2ncia sanit\u00e1ria, com foco na amplia\u00e7\u00e3o da capacidade de monitoramento, intercepta\u00e7\u00e3o e resposta a irregularidades que colocam em risco a sa\u00fade da popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O trabalho conta com a atua\u00e7\u00e3o integrada da Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria Estadual, da Anvisa, da CVPAF-MS (Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria de Portos, Aeroportos e Fronteiras de Mato Grosso do Sul), do CRF\/MS (Conselho Regional de Farm\u00e1cia de Mato Grosso do Sul) e dos Correios.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
