Ele tamb\u00e9m disse que os militares \u201cn\u00e3o honram a farda que vestem\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O placar da vota\u00e7\u00e3o ficou empatado em 2 votos a 2 e favoreceu o pastor.<\/strong>&nbsp;Os ministros Alexandre de Moraes e Fl\u00e1vio Dino votaram pelo recebimento da den\u00fancia pelos crimes de inj\u00faria e cal\u00fania, conforme solicita\u00e7\u00e3o da PGR. No entanto, Cristiano Zanin e C\u00e1rmen L\u00facia entenderam que Malafaia deveria responder somente por inj\u00faria.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diante do impasse, os ministros aplicaram o entendimento de que o r\u00e9u deve ser favorecido quando ocorre um empate na vota\u00e7\u00e3o.
