Por unanimidade, o Comit\u00ea de Pol\u00edtica Monet\u00e1ria (Copom) reduziu a Taxa Selic, juros b\u00e1sicos da economia, em 0,25 ponto percentual, para 14,5% ao ano. A decis\u00e3o era esperada pelo mercado financeiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De junho de 2025 a mar\u00e7o deste ano, a Selic ficou em 15% ao ano, o maior n\u00edvel em quase 20 anos. O Copom voltou a cortar os juros na reuni\u00e3o passada, num cen\u00e1rio de queda da infla\u00e7\u00e3o. No entanto, a guerra no Oriente M\u00e9dio, que se refletiu no aumento dos pre\u00e7os de combust\u00edveis e de alimentos, dificultou o trabalho do Copom.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em nota, o Copom n\u00e3o deu pistas sobre a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos juros. O texto informou que est\u00e1 monitorando a guerra no Oriente M\u00e9dio e os efeitos de um poss\u00edvel prolongamento sobre a infla\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Nesse momento, as proje\u00e7\u00f5es de infla\u00e7\u00e3o apresentam distanciamento adicional em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 meta no horizonte relevante para a pol\u00edtica monet\u00e1ria.
