{"id":5361,"date":"2026-05-03T17:22:30","date_gmt":"2026-05-03T21:22:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/progresso.com.br\/?p=5361"},"modified":"2026-05-03T20:05:09","modified_gmt":"2026-05-04T00:05:09","slug":"escala-6x1-jornada-menor-na-europa-manteve-empregos-e-nao-reduziu-pib","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/progresso.com.br\/index.php\/2026\/05\/03\/escala-6x1-jornada-menor-na-europa-manteve-empregos-e-nao-reduziu-pib\/","title":{"rendered":"Escala 6&#215;1: jornada menor na Europa manteve empregos e n\u00e3o reduziu PIB"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Lucas Pordeus Le\u00f3n, da Ag\u00eancia Brasil<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Um artigo publicado na revista cient\u00edfica alem\u00e3&nbsp;<em>Instituto de Economia do Trabalho<\/em>&nbsp;(IZA) n\u00e3o identificou queda do Produto Interno Bruto (PIB) ap\u00f3s redu\u00e7\u00e3o da jornada de trabalho adotada em cinco pa\u00edses europeus entre 1995 e 2007.<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1687675&amp;o=node\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1687675&amp;o=node\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O n\u00edvel do emprego na Fran\u00e7a, It\u00e1lia, B\u00e9lgica, Portugal e Eslov\u00eania tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o foi significativamente afetado pelas reformas, segundo os pesquisadores Cyprien Batut, Andrea Garnero e Alessandro Tondini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.iza.org\/dp15566.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">levantamento da IZA<\/a>, institui\u00e7\u00e3o mantida pela Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Deutsche Post, tamb\u00e9m identificou efeitos positivos, \u201cmas insignificantes\u201d, sobre os sal\u00e1rios por hora e o valor adicionado por hora trabalhada.&nbsp;<strong>Esses cinco pa\u00edses tiveram ainda um crescimento \u201crelativamente robusto\u201d do PIB no per\u00edodo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201c\u00c9, portanto, poss\u00edvel que, mesmo em um cen\u00e1rio cl\u00e1ssico de oferta e procura, a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do tempo de trabalho e o aumento do custo do trabalho por hora trabalhada tenham sido rapidamente absorvidos\u201d, conclui o documento.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Os resultados diferem de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/economia\/noticia\/2026-04\/fim-da-escala-6-1-estudos-divergem-sobre-impactos-no-pib-e-inflacao\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pesquisas que vem sendo divulgadas<\/a>&nbsp;no Brasil no contexto da discuss\u00e3o do fim da escala de seis dias de trabalho por um de descanso (6&#215;1), com algumas proje\u00e7\u00f5es apontando para redu\u00e7\u00e3o do PIB e do emprego, e outras indicando aumento de contrata\u00e7\u00f5es devido \u00e0 redu\u00e7\u00e3o das horas trabalhadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEntre 1995 e 2007, os pa\u00edses europeus experimentaram um crescimento relativamente forte.
