{"id":6527,"date":"2026-05-15T16:30:00","date_gmt":"2026-05-15T20:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/progresso.com.br\/?p=6527"},"modified":"2026-05-15T16:05:17","modified_gmt":"2026-05-15T20:05:17","slug":"ministerio-publico-formaliza-denuncia-contra-executivos-da-ultrafarma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/progresso.com.br\/index.php\/2026\/05\/15\/ministerio-publico-formaliza-denuncia-contra-executivos-da-ultrafarma\/","title":{"rendered":"Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico formaliza den\u00fancia contra executivos da Ultrafarma"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Empres\u00e1rios s\u00e3o acusados por forma\u00e7\u00e3o de quadrilha<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Guilherme Jeronymo &#8211;  Ag\u00eancia Brasil<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de S\u00e3o Paulo (MPSP) denunciou nesta quinta-feira (14) 11 pessoas, entre elas o empres\u00e1rio Sidney Oliveira, por organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1689595&amp;o=node\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1689595&amp;o=node\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Os denunciados atuavam em um esquema de desvio de recursos fiscais estaduais.<\/strong>&nbsp;Com o aux\u00edlio de funcion\u00e1rios p\u00fablicos burlavam o sistema de cr\u00e9ditos tribut\u00e1rios devidos ao pagamento do ICMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na pr\u00e1tica constava que a empresa havia pago muito mais imposto do que de fato e teria um volume de cr\u00e9ditos muito maior a receber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cOs valores eram pagos por meio de contratos simulados com uma empresa de consultoria tribut\u00e1ria e, posteriormente, ocultados em opera\u00e7\u00f5es de lavagem de dinheiro\u201d, denuncia o MPSP.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre os acusados est\u00e3o o propriet\u00e1rio e o diretor cont\u00e1bil da Ultrafarma, assim como auditores fiscais de rendas do estado de S\u00e3o Paulo, informou o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, em nota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Um dos denunciados ainda segue foragido e quatro est\u00e3o presos preventivamente.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com o n\u00facleo que investigou as fraudes no Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, \u201chouve transfer\u00eancias superiores a R$ 81 milh\u00f5es para empresas ligadas ao n\u00facleo financeiro do grupo, al\u00e9m de movimenta\u00e7\u00f5es societ\u00e1rias bilion\u00e1rias utilizadas para dificultar o rastreamento dos recursos\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Procurada, a assessoria do grupo Ultrafarma n\u00e3o respondeu ao nosso contato e estamos abertos a manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Empres\u00e1rios s\u00e3o acusados por forma\u00e7\u00e3o de quadrilha Guilherme Jeronymo &#8211; Ag\u00eancia Brasil O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de S\u00e3o Paulo (MPSP) denunciou nesta quinta-feira (14) 11 pessoas, entre elas o empres\u00e1rio Sidney Oliveira, por organiza\u00e7\u00e3o criminosa.
