No caso do c\u00e2ncer, o laudo m\u00e9dico deve apresentar o termo \u201cneoplasia maligna\u201d para garantir a isen\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O pedido deve ser feito junto \u00e0 fonte pagadora, com apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de laudos m\u00e9dicos.
