{"id":6799,"date":"2026-05-19T13:49:32","date_gmt":"2026-05-19T17:49:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/progresso.com.br\/?p=6799"},"modified":"2026-05-19T13:49:32","modified_gmt":"2026-05-19T17:49:32","slug":"prazo-para-declaracao-anual-do-mei-termina-em-31-de-maio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/progresso.com.br\/index.php\/2026\/05\/19\/prazo-para-declaracao-anual-do-mei-termina-em-31-de-maio\/","title":{"rendered":"Prazo para declara\u00e7\u00e3o anual do MEI termina em 31 de maio"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>Saiba como declarar o faturamento e n\u00e3o ficar com o CNPJ irregular<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ag\u00eancia Brasil<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Termina no pr\u00f3ximo dia 31 de maio o &nbsp;prazo para a entrega da Declara\u00e7\u00e3o Anual Simplificada do Microempreendedor Individual (DASN-Simei), referente ao ano-calend\u00e1rio de 2025.&nbsp;<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1689915&amp;o=node\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1689915&amp;o=node\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A declara\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser enviada pelo App MEI ou pelo&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/empresas-e-negocios\/pt-br\/empreendedor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Portal do Empreendedor<\/a>. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quem precisa declarar?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A declara\u00e7\u00e3o anual do MEI \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3ria para todos os&nbsp;empres\u00e1rios individuais que tenham sido optantes pelo SIMEI em qualquer per\u00edodo de 2025,&nbsp;<strong>mesmo que n\u00e3o tenham tido faturamento no ano<\/strong>.&nbsp;\u00c9 o caso, por exemplo, de profissionais que deixam de prestar servi\u00e7os como MEI para trabalhar com carteira assinada.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A Receita Federal orienta que os microempreendedores fa\u00e7am a entrega dentro do prazo para evitar encargos e manter a regularidade do CNPJ.\u00a0<\/strong><br><br>Multa\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A entrega fora do prazo resulta em multa de 2% ao m\u00eas de atraso, limitada a 20% do valor total dos tributos declarados, ou ao valor m\u00ednimo de R$ 50. A multa \u00e9 gerada automaticamente ap\u00f3s a transmiss\u00e3o da declara\u00e7\u00e3o em atraso.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como fazer a declara\u00e7\u00e3o&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A DASN-SIMEI \u00e9 realizada de maneira r\u00e1pida no Portal do Empreendedor.
