O resultado representa um marco para o pa\u00eds e refor\u00e7a o papel da pol\u00edtica habitacional para o desenvolvimento econ\u00f4mico nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O avan\u00e7o est\u00e1 diretamente relacionado \u00e0 retomada dos investimentos em habita\u00e7\u00e3o e ao fortalecimento do Minha Casa, Minha Vida. Desde 2023, o programa j\u00e1 alcan\u00e7ou a marca de 2,3 milh\u00f5es de moradias contratadas, com meta de chegar a 3 milh\u00f5es de contrata\u00e7\u00f5es at\u00e9 o fim de 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antes da implementa\u00e7\u00e3o MCMV, o cr\u00e9dito imobili\u00e1rio representava somente 2% do PIB no Brasil. Em 2009, ano de lan\u00e7amento do programa, o \u00edndice subiu para 7,5%. Ap\u00f3s a retomada da pol\u00edtica habitacional pelo Governo Federal, em 2023, o percentual voltou a crescer, chegando a mais de 10% em 2025, conforme os dados apresentados no encontro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os n\u00fameros refor\u00e7am que o investimento p\u00fablico em habita\u00e7\u00e3o tem impacto direto na economia, ao ampliar o acesso \u00e0 casa pr\u00f3pria, estimular a cadeia produtiva da constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil, gerar emprego, renda, e contribuir para a redu\u00e7\u00e3o do d\u00e9ficit habitacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ainda no ENIC, o ministro Vladimir Lima destacou que o MCMV representou mais de metade dos lan\u00e7amentos de im\u00f3veis habitacionais no pa\u00eds em 2025.
