{"id":7758,"date":"2026-05-28T17:33:01","date_gmt":"2026-05-28T21:33:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/progresso.com.br\/?p=7758"},"modified":"2026-05-28T17:33:01","modified_gmt":"2026-05-28T21:33:01","slug":"mendes-pede-vista-e-suspende-julgamento-sobre-lei-da-ficha-limpa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/progresso.com.br\/index.php\/2026\/05\/28\/mendes-pede-vista-e-suspende-julgamento-sobre-lei-da-ficha-limpa\/","title":{"rendered":"Mendes pede vista e suspende julgamento sobre Lei da Ficha Limpa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Andr\u00e9 Richter, da Ag\u00eancia Brasil<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>O ministro Gilmar Mendes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), pediu vista e suspendeu o julgamento virtual do processo que trata das mudan\u00e7as feitas pelo Congresso para flexibilizar a Lei da Ficha Limpa<\/strong>.&nbsp;A norma impede a candidatura nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es de pol\u00edticos condenados.&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.png?id=1691457&amp;o=node\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/ebc.gif?id=1691457&amp;o=node\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>At\u00e9 o momento,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/justica\/noticia\/2026-05\/stf-tem-placar-de-2-votos-0-contra-mudancas-na-lei-da-ficha-limpa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">o placar do julgamento est\u00e1 2 votos a 0 contra as altera\u00e7\u00f5es<\/a>.<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Os votos foram proferidos pela relatora,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/agenciabrasil.ebc.com.br\/justica\/noticia\/2026-05\/carmen-lucia-vota-por-derrubar-flexibilizacao-da-lei-da-ficha-limpa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">C\u00e1rmen L\u00facia<\/a>, e pelo&nbsp;ministro Luiz Fux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Corte julga uma a\u00e7\u00e3o protocolada pela Rede Sustentabilidade para derrubar a Lei Complementar 219 de 2025, que reduziu a contagem dos prazos de inelegibilidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre as principais mudan\u00e7as, a lei unificou em 12 anos o prazo m\u00e1ximo de inelegibilidade para pol\u00edticos condenados em diversas a\u00e7\u00f5es por improbidade administrativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se esse dispositivo for validado pela Corte, a decis\u00e3o pode liberar as candidaturas de Jos\u00e9 Roberto Arruda ao governo do Direito Federal, do ex-deputado Eduardo Cunha e dos ex-governadores do Rio de Janeiro Anthony Garotinho e S\u00e9rgio Cabral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A lei tamb\u00e9m mudou marco de contagem do prazo de inelegibilidade de oito anos para pol\u00edticos condenados.
