A Secretaria de Estado de Sa\u00fade (SES) destaca que o monitoramento regular do peso e da altura nas unidades b\u00e1sicas de sa\u00fade permite identificar precocemente casos de sobrepeso e obesidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre os principais fatores associados ao aumento da obesidade infantil est\u00e3o o consumo de alimentos ultraprocessados, a redu\u00e7\u00e3o da atividade f\u00edsica e o aumento do tempo em frente \u00e0s telas. Segundo a SES, a participa\u00e7\u00e3o da fam\u00edlia \u00e9 fundamental na forma\u00e7\u00e3o de h\u00e1bitos saud\u00e1veis, incentivando o consumo de alimentos naturais e a pr\u00e1tica de atividades f\u00edsicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dados do Sistema de Vigil\u00e2ncia Alimentar e Nutricional (SISVAN) mostram que os \u00edndices de obesidade infantil em Mato Grosso do Sul permaneceram est\u00e1veis nos \u00faltimos anos.
