Com o resultado, ele assumir\u00e1 a primeira coloca\u00e7\u00e3o da lista da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional de T\u00eanis (ITF, sigla em ingl\u00eas) entre os atletas at\u00e9 18 anos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Guto j\u00e1 havia se tornado apenas o quarto brasileiro a chegar em uma decis\u00e3o de simples em Roland Garros no juvenil. O \u00faltimo havia sido o paulista Lu\u00eds Felipe Tavares, em 1967.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Com o t\u00edtulo, ele repetiu os feitos de outros tr\u00eas brasileiros que conseguiram t\u00edtulos de Grand Slam na categoria juvenil em simples: o alagoano Tiago Fernandes (Aberto da Austr\u00e1lia, em 2010), o paranaense Thiago Wild (US Open, em 2018) e o carioca Jo\u00e3o Fonseca (US Open, em 2023).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Sei que \u00e9 um torneio juvenil, sei o que \u00e9 ser o n\u00famero um do mundo juvenil, mas ainda existe muito pela frente na minha carreira. \u00c9 importante aproveitar esse momento, mas manter os p\u00e9s no ch\u00e3o e continuar trabalhando&#8221;, afirmou Guto, que ocupa o 829\u00ba lugar do ranking da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Tenistas Profissionais (ATP), em comunicado \u00e0 imprensa.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Guto chegou \u00e0 final superando o compatriota Leonardo Storck, por 2 sets a 1 (6\/1, 3\/6 e 6\/2), em semifinal disputada na sexta-feira (5).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00famero 56 do ranking juvenil antes de Roland Garros, o&nbsp;mato-grossense Storck,&nbsp;de 17 anos, foi convidado para o Grand Slam ap\u00f3s vencer o Junior Series, torneio realizado em S\u00e3o Paulo no m\u00eas de abril, em parceria das Confedera\u00e7\u00f5es Brasileira (CBT) e Sul-Americana (Cosat) com a Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Francesa de T\u00eanis (FFT). Entre os profissionais, ele ocupa a 1782\u00aa posi\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Outra promessa a se destacar em Paris foi Victoria Barros.<\/strong>&nbsp;A potiguar de 16 anos, terceira do mundo entre as tenistas at\u00e9 18 anos, foi semifinalista em Roland Garros, perdendo da chinesa Xinran Sun, na sexta, por 2 sets a 0 (6\/2 e 6\/3). Ela foi a primeira brasileira desde a paulista Dad\u00e1 Vieira, em 1987, a ir t\u00e3o longe em um Grand Slam juvenil em simples.
