A proposta \u00e9 aperfei\u00e7oar os fluxos, reduzir a perman\u00eancia desnecess\u00e1ria nos hospitais e otimizar a ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o dos leitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O secret\u00e1rio estadual de Sa\u00fade, Maur\u00edcio Sim\u00f5es, destacou a import\u00e2ncia da coopera\u00e7\u00e3o entre Estado e munic\u00edpios para encontrar solu\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00e1ticas. Segundo ele, a perman\u00eancia de pacientes ap\u00f3s a alta compromete a disponibilidade de leitos para novos atendimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A secret\u00e1ria-adjunta da SES, Crhistinne Maymone, refor\u00e7ou que o di\u00e1logo entre os gestores \u00e9 fundamental para fortalecer a rede de sa\u00fade e garantir mais efici\u00eancia no atendimento \u00e0 popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Representantes dos munic\u00edpios apontaram desafios relacionados ao planejamento das altas hospitalares. A secret\u00e1ria de Sa\u00fade de Bonito, Ana Carolina Colla, explicou que a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o antecipada \u00e9 essencial para organizar rotas e deslocamentos. J\u00e1 o secret\u00e1rio de Sa\u00fade de Guia Lopes da Laguna, Ademir Almeida, defendeu fluxos mais claros entre hospitais e secretarias municipais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al\u00e9m da discuss\u00e3o sobre transporte sanit\u00e1rio, os gestores participaram de reuni\u00e3o da Comiss\u00e3o Intergestores Bipartite (CIB), respons\u00e1vel pela pactua\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de sa\u00fade entre Estado e munic\u00edpios.
